Torel Avantgarde showcases the arts of Portugal inspired by the era of Avantgarde. Digby Restaurant certainly follows the theme and presents every dish as art, from plating to vibrant colors. All the ingredients are locally sourced in Portugal. I was very impressed by the bold flavor palette of the dishes.
